Highway Tees sells print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Each item is printed specifically for your order after purchase, which means production and shipping times differ from standard retail.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

3. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, but are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier or production issues outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds
Because items are made to order, returns are limited. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items are eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Product Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately, but screen displays vary and slight variations between what you see online and the finished product may occur.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on highwaytees.us are the property of Highway Tees and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
