Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Production Time
Every item is printed on demand after you order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. This is separate from shipping and transit time.

Shipping Time
Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5-12 business days.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all US orders.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive that email.

Delays
We aim to meet the timeframes above, but occasional delays happen due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will look into it.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at contact@highwaytees.us. We can only make changes before the order enters production.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. See our Return and Refund Policy for more on lost package resolution.
